Thanks for your interest, and for the Yahoo pointer.
They seem to be pointing to something that hasn't been valid since Feb of '95!

The latest version of geomview, still in beta release but close enough to
being final that I'm advertising it, is under
   ftp://geom.umn.edu/priv/slevy/geomview-161b8-{src,sgi,linux,solaris,...}.tar.gz

We don't have anything like Geomview for Windows 95/NT, though we're thinking
about one.  (We do have a toy viewer that rotates any single OOGL file
and runs under Win95/WinNT, if you care.)
