Hi, the new geomview distribution is now available at the same site where
you just got the old one, at the TU-Berlin:
ftp://ftp-sfb288.math.tu-berlin.de/pub/geomview/geomview-161b8-linux.tar.gz
or
ftp://ftp-sfb288.math.tu-berlin.de/pub/geomview/geomview-161b8-src.tar.gz
The Linux binaries in the -linux package are linked with modern ELF libraries,
libc.5.3.12 etc. This package includes a bunch of things that weren't in the
old distribution.
