It did it again. Half an hour into working on an image I hit ESC
by msitake and my work was lost. Please please add a confirm box
for quiting via the ESC key in the next version of Geomview.

There also seems to be a bit of a bug with the save panel in version
1.5.1 things save ok but the panel does not disapear when the file
has been saved as an SGI snapshot.
