A suggestion.  (This may in fact be already implemented, internally, in some fashion.)

The "software" alias is a place for users to communicate problems they might have with  
software.  


 Perhaps it might be useful to have a separate "documentation" alias for users to  
communicate problems they have with the documentation.  This would allow collecting  
this information in one place, which might speed the process of making improvements.
